    When I seriously want to loose some wheigt, all I do is have a light breakfast, a slim-fast for lunch, and a normal dinner with an average portion of food. I don’t snack or eat desert, and never have sodas! Drink water, coffee, tea, or fruit juice. It always works for me, and in between when you feel that emptiness, have a bottle of water, or even green tea, your stomach knows you sent SOMETHING down, but doesn’t know WHAT!! Good Luck!
